Miners finger tip was mashed when caught between a drive belt and a pulley when trying to change the drive belts.

Miner received steam burns to his right arm while attempting to service a pump. The pump had lost its prime and had run dry for a period of time building up heat and steam. Miner attempted to open the filler plug and did not notice pump body was hot, and when he unscrewed the plug the steam escaped burning his arm.
