Went into dog house to fill out paperwork. Finished paperwork, went to walk out of trailer and hit head on the low hanging cross beam. Happened in dog house.

EMPLOYEE WAS COMPLETING AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WHEN A CONDUCTOR TO GROUND SHORT OCCURRED IN A SEPARATE ENCLOSED JUNCTION BOX. A SMALL SCREW HAD ABRADED THE CONDUCTOR INSULATION. A GROUNDED C ONDUCTOR CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL FLASH BURN IN HISLEFT HAND AND FOREARM, 2ND AND 3RD DEGREE BURNS.
