Employee was getting into a 3/4 ton pick up truck and while he turned to cough, He felt severe pain in his chest and it made a cracking noise. He was taken to medical clinic to be checked and found that he had two fractured ribs.

Employee slid off the side of a belt tube and twisted his ankle. He was attempting to line up a seam in the tube so a connection could be made with the band clamp.
