While removing a seat from a 773 hauler with limited space, ee was pulling the seat out and "twisted wrong" causing pain in the low left back that shoots down the left leg. The seat weights less than 50lbs.

Employee received minor break in the skin to his left small finger, while not wearing gloves. 6/23/13 the employee was taken to the emergency room due to an infection in his left small finger. The infection worsened and eventually the doctor decided to perform a partial amputation to the second joint on his small finger.
