EE CLIMBED ON FORKLIFT AND ONTO THE TOTE BIN TRYING TO ADJUST THE LOADING BULK CHUTE. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROXIMATELY TEN FEET TO THE CONCRETE ROADWAY.
