While employee was operating a FEL he began to feel pain in his lower abdomen. He could not identify any event or specific time the pain began. The employee went to a local clinic where he was given prescription medication and placed on light duty for seven days.

EE STATED THAT HE WAS OK AND DID NOT WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR ON 4-2-03 AND ALSO ON 4-7-03 ON 4-18-03 EE REQUESTED TO SEE A DOCTOR AND WAS SEEN THE SAME DAY.
