EE was helping move screens to screen deck when her index finger caught on one of the wires of the screen. She ended up with a cut on the tip of her right index finger. She got four stitches, she was not wearing gloves.

EE and supervisor were changing bucket on track hoe. EE was holding 2nd pin when it came out quickly and forced his hand down on the bucket, pinching his left pinkie finger between bucket and pin. EE watched finger over weekend and made Dr appt for 10/28/09. He voluntarily took off Monday and Tuesday.
