Employee was tightening bolts on machine. He bumped his shoulder & lost his balance & fell, lending on both feet. He was diagnosed with a heel fracture.

Employee was grinding, welding and cutting on various pieces of equipment throughout the day while wearing eye protection. At end of day, employee's eye was irritated. He sought medical treatment and eye MD removed piece of embedded metal from right eye.
