EMPLOYEE REPORTED TO HR THAT HE HAD BACK PAIN THAT WAS INTERUPTING HIS SLEEP AND THAT THE PAIN MAY BE CAUSED BY THE LOADER. INITIALLY THIS WAS THOUGHT TO BE A FLARE UP FROM A PREVIOUS CLAIM. RECENTLY IT WAS DECIDED THAT A NEW INJURY DATE WOULD BE ASSIGNED.
