EE was installing a tire on equipment when their middle finger got caught between the snap wire and the rim flange causing an injury and cut on the right middle finger.

EE WAS HELPING TO PUT A BEARING ON A SHAFT. WHEN THEY BEGAN TO STRIKE A PUNCH WITH A HAMMER A FRAGMENT FLEW OFF THE PUNCH. THE FRAGMENT STRUCK EE'S BICEP AND EMBEDDED.
