EMPLOYEE MADE EMERGENCY JUMP OUT OF MOVING DOZER. FELL TO GROUND AND SUSTAINED LEFT ELBOW FRACTURE AND POSSIBLE LEFT PELVIC FRACTURE.
CONVEYER SET SCREW WAS HITTING GUARD. EE WAS POINTING OUT THE LOCATION TO ANOTHER CO-WORKER WHEN HIS GLOVED HAND WAS PULLED INTO THE MOVING MACHINERY. TIP OF HIS POINTER FINGER WAS PARTIALLY SEVERED.
