EE was using a slate bar to free a pin on the scoop batteries when the stuck pin came free the weight of the batteries kicked the slate bar sideways and hit the EE in the face.
While cutting a rock dust hose with utility knife the knife slipped cutting left hand between thumb and finger.
While loading supplies on the roof bolter a very sharp edge on a roof plate cut thru the glove and cut the right thumb.
