THE L160 LOADER HAD JUST FIXED THE BERM WHEN HAULPAK BACKED UP TO DUMP MATERIAL. THE MATERIALUNDER THE DUMP GAVE AWAY CAUSING THE ROCK TRUCK TO GO OVER BACKWARDS- OVERTURNING ONCE.
