6/25/08 EE called to say he was unable to work. He said on 6/23 he was loading the TC sprayer (plaster machine) & liquid shot into face & eyes. I asked about safety glasses. He said he broke them, they were on his head but not on his eyes. His eyes were washed at work. He returned next day though his eyes were a little swollen. Today they're swollen worse & he is going to dr.

WHEN HE DID THAT HE FELT PAIN IN THE GROIN AREA. EMPLOYEE JUST RETURNED TO WORK FROM A SIMILAR INJURY AT ANOTHER JOB SITE. HE RE INJURED AN OLD INJURY.
