ON 4/16/00 MANAGEMENT WAS NOTIFIED THAT THIS EE RECEIVED A 10% AWARD FRO WV WORKERS COMP FOR A BLACK LUNG AWARD. THIS EE HAD FILED A CLAIM PRIOR TO BEING LAID OFF, SO THEREFORE THIS ILLNESS RE PORT IS BEING FILED.
