EE WAS REMOVING A STARTER FOR THE M.V. CHIPPER OFF THE HILL USING A SMALL CRAIN, AFTER STARTER WAS ON DECK OF THE BARGE HE WAS GOING TO PUT IT AWAY ONTO THE BOAT. HE WAS ABOUT TO DROP IT & TRI ED TO CATCH IT BEFORE IT FELL INTO RIVER OR ONTO THE DECK. HIS FINGER WAS SMASHED BETWEEN STARTER & A BIT.
