EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A PIECE OF STEEL FROM THE CONVEYOR BELT. THE STEEL HAD JUST COME OUT OF CRUSHING JAW. STEEL SLIPPED AND CUT INTO RIGHT HAND.
