Griding weld on bed of Euclid haul truck with a 9" grinder. Grinder slipped/got away from him & fell hitting him in the left forearm causing a cut that required stitches.

DROVE A CRANE ONTO THE LOWBOY TRUCK TO TRANSPORT. INJURED STEPPED OUT OF CAB ONTO THE GROUND, FELT SOME PAIN LATER THAT EVENING TO RIGHT UPPER THIGH. BECAME INCREASINGLY WORSE.
