A 350 HP motor was being set in place by employee. EE was attempting to line up mounting bolts with motor base when the motor shifted causing his finger to become stuck between wrench handle and motor platform.

EE was lifting plastic 55-gallon drum being used as a float on a pump platform. Appx. 10-gallon of frozen water was contained inside the drum. As EE was lifting drum, it slipped and struck the EE on top of his right foot. Diagnosed with severe bruise/contusion to right foot and placed on restricted duty status.
