Replacing plastic guiding chain on JLG 600S boomlift. Plastic Chain links began to burr up and ee used pocket knife to shave off burred plastic. Knife slipped and stabbed ee in left arm causing laceration.

slipped in muddy conditions and hit back on tracks of parked excavator.
Cut to little finger on right hand while putting a hydraulic pump back on an engine and it caught his finger between pump and engine. Engine was not running. Pump was not running. Unit was shut down and locked out.
Wrench slipped while working on valve and hit employee over the bridge of the nose.
