HIGHWALL AT MOUTH OF DRIFT AT #1 ENTRY. FAN ENTRY FELL DURING IDLE SHIFT. 6' THICK EXTENDING 15' TO INBY DRIFT MOUTH. WE REBUILT CANOPY - CRIBBED ROOF FROM TOP OF CANOPY - INSTALLED HEIZEMAN HEADERS AND JACKS - RELEASED ON 4-30-04.
