Employee was laying on his side & picked up a crib block, placed it against the idler on a D-10 Dozer. He rolled over onto his back to get up then felt a sharp pain in his neck and shoulders, then running down his spine. Suffered headache and nausea.

EE was operating dozer on 7/28/05 when dozer hit large 5.5. rock stopping the dozer suddenly jarring ee. He felt pain in his back at that time but continued to work during varying levels of pain until 8-17-05. He was helping mechanic work on dozer, reached something to mechanic and felt severe pain in back went for medical help.
