WHILE ASSISTING A SUBCONTRACTOR, EMPLOYEE, IN BURNING A PIN OUT OF A BOOM STICK ELECTED TO PLACE TORCH IN THE PIN HIMSELF AFTER WHICH THE BURNING ROD BURNT THROUGH THE SIDE OF THE PIN HITTING A GREASE CAVITY CAUSING PRESSURE TO RELEASE WHICH CREATED A FIRE PLUME. EMPLOYEE'S CLOTHES IGNITED & HE RECEIVED BURNS ON HIS FACE, WRIST AND LEGS.
