Employee was unloading piece of pipe from a pallet when the pipe began to roll. Employee attempted to catch the pipe and the sharp end cut through employee's glove and lacerated the left middle and ring fingers. This resulted in stitches.

Employee experienced pain on 10/12 but thought it was kidney stones employee had been having troubles with. 10/21, employee notified supervisor that employee's doctor has ordered a CT scan and that it may not be kidney stones, 10/27, CT scan shows no sign of kidney stones and that it may be a slipped disc.

Employee was repairing charge gate cylinder bolts and employee's hand was caught behind cylinder as employee was maneuvering cylinder into place catching hand between cylinder and frame of the charging gate located adjacent to it. This resulted in a laceration requiring sutures.

Another employee handed a piece of metal over discharge end of feeder. Employee went to get it down when it slipped out of right hand causing it to strike left arm resulting in a laceration requiring 6 stitches.

Driver was dumping a load of coal when the hoist on the trailer failed. The trailer fell quickly and did some damage to the trailer. The driver was inside the tractor and was shaken up.

EE was assisting in lowering an electric chain hoist into a train load-out hopper with a hand operated chain hoist. The chain from the hand operated hoist got caught around EE's pinky finger on left hand pulling EE's hand into the door frame causing injury to pinky finger. (EE was wearing leather gloves at the time of accident.)

Employee was using a welding rod that was bent in order to pull the water ring from the pump housing. A sharp burr on the rod scratched the end of the employee's left thumb. The employee received medical attention on 02/16/2007 and was given intravenous antibiotics, which made this injury reportable at that time.
