EE was removing bolts with impact wrench on loader when bolt being removed dropped down and lacerated employees middle finer.

The employee was using a torch to cut a handrail to be replaced. A piece of slag fell into his boot burning his ankle. The employee did not seek medical attention until 5/22/2008 when he felt his ankle was becoming infected.
