PAIN IN LOWER BACK EE MISSING WORK 9-25-01 TO 10-22-01. ISLAND CREEK COAL CO RESVERES THE RIGHT TO EXPUNGE THIS ALLEGED INCIDENT FROM THE PART 50 ACCIDENT RECORDS UPON A RULING BY THE VIRGINIA COMPESATION COMMISSIONER.
