An Employee was opening the door for the mineral separator (Rotex), the door handle sprung unexpectedly catching the tip of EE's right pinky finger between the handle and door structure causing a laceration that required 6 sutures and an open fracture to the tip of the finger.

Installing 4" conduit into MCC on site. Limited space for movement in electrical trailer prevented the necessary help to maneuver a pre-fab conduit piece into the gear. Employee lost control of the conduit piece, and it pinched EE's hand against the pre-cut hole it was being positioned into
