OnCore Processing LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

An employee was assisting in replacing slurry pump PU6. While hoisting the new pump into place with a telehandler and chain hoist, it became stuck. The employee attempted to reposition it by placing EE's right-hand underneath. When the bind released, the pump shifted, crushing EE's right ring finger between the pump and the skid.
