Injured employee was standing immediately behind another employee who was attempting to tighten a nut when the wrench slipped off. Employee performing work fell backwards into injured employee. As a result of the impact, injured employee's safety glasses created a minor laceration of the right eyelid.

Weather conditions ranging from 95-100 degrees. Employee became dizzy, nose began to bleed. Employee attempted to stop nose from bleeding, after several minutes requested to seek medical attention. Employee was seen at emergency room, diagnosed with 1. heat/sun stroke 2. dehydration. Employee discharged with no work restrictions.
