Miner was leaning over pressing stomach against a head pulley drum performing return roller idler inspection, when EE straightened back up miner reports EE heard a pop in EE's stomach. EE was examined at a clinic the next day diagnosed with a umbilical hernia.

Equipment operator operating CAT349 Excavator after receiving a high temp alarm attempted to open coolant cap and received 1st and 2nd degree burns to left forearm.
