Air conditioner had a major failure and leaked freon fumes into cab of drill for four hours before driller started noticing symptoms. ER was decided upon. Return to work given after 2 days rest. Air conditioner was completely gone over and rebuilt.

Owner/Operator Customer weighed loaded truck at office scales & parked truck off scales. He came in office, signed weigh ticket, walked back to truck. After tarping trailer, apparently dies of a heart attack. Continuous conversations with MSHA about the death.
