EE S WERE PULLING AN ELEVATOR BELT THAT HAD BROKEN OUT OF SHAFT. AFTER THE CRANE LIFTS BELT AS HIGH AS IT CAN EE TIE THE BELT OFF WITH RIGGING CABLE TO ALLOW CRANE TO DROP ITS CABLE LOWER TO P ULL OUT MORE BELTING FROM SHAFT. THE BELT GIVES A FEW FEET BETWEEN THESE STEPS. THIS IS WHEN ONE BUCKET STRUCK EE ON BACK OF UPPER ARM.
