Employee tripped with pallet next to the shrink wrap area while trying to replace shrink wrap roll. Employee was carrying the tube that holds the shrink wrap roll and when he fell, the tube fell on his left hand, fracturing two fingers.

An employee was driving a forklift with a couple of pallets and was not able to see in front of him while another employee walked in front of him and caught his right foot with the pallets. Employee was taken to emergency room to x-ray foot and found no fractures but very bruised up. The nurse said it was a contusion.
