Non Work Related - Natural Causes Employee complained of stomach pains and was transported to hosiptal via ambulance. The doctor determined that the pains were associated with gall stones and an abnormal growth on kidney.

EE WAS PERFORMING A PRESHIFT INSPECTION ONF FRONT END LOADER. HE OPENED ENGINE COMPARTMENT DOOR TO CHECK ENGINE OIL. WHEN REACHING OVERHEAD TO PLACE DIPSTICK BACK INTO ENGINE, HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS BACK.

EMPLOYEE CLAIMED HE INJURED HIS BACK AND NECK WHILE OPERATING THE FRONT-END LOADER INTO THE STOCKPILE OF MATERIAL. HE STATED THE MACHINE JERKED AS HE WENT INTO THE STOCKPILE WITH THE LOADER BU CKET.
