EE AND OTHER CHANGED PONTOON LOCATION TO PUMP WATER. WENT TO PONTOON IN BOAT-PUMP WAS RUNNING BUT NOT PUMPING WATER TURNED PUMP OFF STARTED REMOVING PLUG HAD WATER AND PRESSURE IN LINE BLEW WA TER AND MUD IN EE FACE. WATER WAS WARM.

TRYING TO SUPPORT A CATWALK AS IT WAS BEING CUT FROM AN EXISTING FRAME. THE WEIGHT OF THE CATWALK PULLED HIM FORWARD FROM A SQUATING POSITION CAUSING A CHIP IN THE BONE OF HIS LEFT ANKLE. THE INJURY REQUIRED X-RAYS.
