Hanson Aggregates West Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE WAS MAKING ENGINE REPAIR ON B-30 EUCLID IN KNEELING POSITION INSIDE SHOP WITH DOOR CLOSED AT TRINITY WACO LOCATION. B-30 DID HAVE TIRE CHAULKS. TRINITY OPERATOR ON ANOTHER B-30 LOST CONTROL AND SMASHED INTO DOOR OF SHOP AND CAME THROUGH TO HIT UNIT IN SHOP. THE B-30 IN SHOP WAS PUSHED FOREWARD ONTO EE FOOT WHICH WAS BROKEN.
