Employee was moving steel on the storage pile to retrieve material for a project. EE felt back tighten as ee moved the steel. It got worse throughout the week.

Employee was pulling the dredge power cable with a boat when the come-along attached to the power cable slide on the boat transom guard rail causing the employee right fifth finger to become pinched in between the come-alone and the transom rail. The incident resulted in a crush and laceration injury to the right fifth finger.
