Employee was performing maintenance on a loader bucket. He was trying to remove a bucket tooth by hitting the retainer pin out with a punch and ball pin hammer. A piece of metal flew out and struck employee in his left forearm, causing puncture which had to be treated by Doctor. Two stitches were applied.
