EE was utilizing an impact wrench to remove a bolt from the guarding at C-5 tail and reached hand to hold the nut on the backside of the guarding to prevent it from spinning. Power to the impact driver caused the nut to spin and the nut cut the inside of the employee's left middle finger.

Injured employee was working with another employee to put the tooth back onto the bucket of the PC600 excavator. Injured employee was holding the tooth into position, while the other employee hit the keeper pin with a sledge hammer. As the employee hit the keeper pin into position the hammer bounced off the keeper pin striking the employee's left hand mashing thumb
