EE was utilizing an impact wrench to remove a bolt from the guarding at C-5 tail and reached hand to hold the nut on the backside of the guarding to prevent it from spinning. Power to the impact driver caused the nut to spin and the nut cut the inside of the employee's left middle finger.

Injured employee was holding the tooth into position, while the other employee hit the keeper pin with a sledge hammer.
