Employee hauling wet plant waste from plant area to dump with CAT 775D haul truck with tailgate. Employee began traveling on primary roadway when the weight of the plant waste shifted towards the back of the truck bed resulting in the front end lifting off the ground. When front end came back down it bounced twice before coming to a halt.

Employee was assisting with work on the crusher in the secondary plant. EE started experiencing chest pains and not feeling well. EE was transported to hospital by ambulance. It was determined that he had a heart attack and two stents were put in. EE has a history of heart related conditions.
