EE WAS HELPING CLEAN ROCK OFF CONVEYOR. HE PUT HIS ARM BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR BELT AND THE TAILPULLEY. THE CONVEYOR ROLLED BACKWARD AND CAUGHT HIS ARM BETWEEN THE BELT AND THE TAIL PULLEY.
