While changing a front tire on an articulated dump truck, the tech went to lower the jack and the jack slipped out letting the truck fall pinning the technician between the truck body and the ground.

EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING OIL ON THE END DUMP WHILE STANDING ON THE PLATFORM. ONCE FINISHED, THE EMPLOYEE STEPPED BACKWARDS UNAWARE OF EE'S PLACEMENT, CAUSING EE TO FALL 4 FT. BACKWARDS FROM THE END DUMP.
