COMING OFF HILL LOADED WITH SHALE, TRUCK SLID ON PATCH OF PACKED SNOW CAUSING TRUCK TO SLIDE INTO BANK. EE WAS TRYING TO CORRECT SLIDE WHEN HIT BANK CAUSING STRAIN TO RIGHT SHOULDER.
