Employee stated his hip began to go numb and his leg also. He told the track hoe operator that he needed to park the truck and seek medical attention. Employee was taken to a walk-in clinic by another employee. The employee was driving haul truck at the time the employee told track hoe operator.

While removing a box from under the desk, employee lifted up and hit the back of her neck on the desk.

An employee with 18 months experience was hauling shot rock to crusher. He came around right handed curve got off left shoulder, over corrected causing truck to turn over. Employee's left elbow cut and scratched. Employee was transported to hospital where he received 7 stitches to left arm. X-rays revealed bruised left shoulder and arm.
At approximately 3:30PM on Friday, August 12th, 2005 an employee with twenty years mining experience cut the first finger on his right hand. Employee was attempting to change a parking light in CAT 769 haul truck. While doing so the new bulb burst in employee's fingers causing the cut. Employee received five stitches.
