Employee was stung by a bee while working. Employee was unaware that they were allergic. Epi Pen prescribed.
Employee strained lower back while cleaning the flywheel on the shorthead cone of a portable crusher. Employee said he was OK and finished his shift. The following day he went to a doctor and was taken off work for one day and returned to work on Aug 16, 2006. Doctor diagnosed the injury as a simple muscle spasm.
Individual was moving a 55 Gl. drum and loss control of the drum causing a shoulder strain.
