Driver was attempting to cut the end of a hose when the safety knife slipped, and EE cut self on the top of EE's right thigh a few inches above EE's knee. EE required 3-4 stitches.

Employee was dismounting from the Cat 988F loader located inside the plant shop. There were some loose rocks on the bottom step, employee's foot slipped on loose rock and he lost his balance, he tried to catch himself with his left hand and fractured the small bone between his thumb and wrist.

2 employees were performing routine maintenance on the Komatsu PC300 Rock hammer. They were replacing a section of the hydraulic hose from the boom to the hammer. Injured was loosening the nut on the hammer end & co-worker was using his pocket knife to cut tie straps which were holding a smaller hose to the one they were replacing. He cut a strap & knife hit EE in lower right leg.

EE WAS LOADING A FULL OXYGEN BOTTLE ONTO THE WELDING TRUCK. HE LIFTED THE BOTTLE BUT WAS NOT ELEVATED ENOUGHT TO PLACE IT ONTO THE STAND. HE GOTON HIS TOES AND ARCHED HIS BACK TO GAIN HEIGHT. HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LEFT SHOULDER BLADE.
