A Cardi driver lost control of the crank on the trailer when using it to have the canvas cover the load of material. The crank hit the wrist of the individual and caused multiple scratches to the wrist.

The General Manager was found outside trailer dead from a heart attack. Man was walking, we believe down wooden set of steps and was found laying down on the ground.
