This man has a history of diabetes. Anytime he gets a scratch, he gets an infection. He was replacing a bolt in a transmission. He reached down through the floorboard in a D7 Dozer, when he scratched his left elbow. He didn't tell anyone. He got an infection in it and was put in the hospital and on IV's on the 15th of Sept.
