Strip rock was being loaded in Cat 777C rock truck. A large rock hit the side of the truck bed and jarred the operator. His body was twisted in seat belt causing a back strain.

EE STEPPED OUT OF CABL OF LUBE TRUCK, FOOT SLIPPED ON ICY GROUND AND EE FELL TO GROUND. AS HE FELL, HE TRIED TO BREAK THE FALL AND LEFT HAND STRUCK THE GROUND. FRACTURE TO BONE IN LEFT HAND.
