EE STOPPED ROCK TRUCK AND WAS GOING TO SERVICE IT. HE DOES NOT REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED. HE WAS THEN OBSERVED ON GROUND IN FRONT OFF TRUCK WITH MUD ON SHOULDER AND FACE. HE WAS CONSCIOUS BUT N OT COHERENT. WE TOOK TO HOSPITAL. DON'T KNOW IF SLIPPED OR FELL. NOTHING BROKEN, BUT OFF WORK BECAUSE OF SHOULDER INJURY.
